I know that these engines take advantage of the built-in Windows language tools. After you've installed Persian Fonts, and the engine is running properly, simply press Alt + Left Shift unless you are instructed to press other shortcuts or keys.


Since I couldn't find anything about this, I believe this is the way to do it. You can use Google Input Tools as well.
